2. Complete the Verification Process
After submitting your application, our team reviews the required documents and eligibility information.
Depending on your application, verification may include reviewing your identification, driving license, address, employment or professional information, financial documents, and guarantor information where required.
Once your application is successfully verified, you can access the Nimbus rental service as an eligible member.
3. Choose Your Vehicle
Once you have access to Nimbus, you can explore the vehicles available for rental.
Our fleet is organized into different categories to suit different requirements:

- Business - comfort and convenience for professional and everyday travel

Any applicable membership fees, rental charges, security deposits, additional charges, or other payments will be governed by the applicable Nimbus terms and conditions.
7. Pick Up Your Vehicle
At the agreed pickup time and location, complete the required vehicle handover process.
Before starting your journey, check the vehicle and make sure you understand the applicable vehicle-use and return requirements.
8. Enjoy Your Self-Drive Journey
Now you're ready to drive.
Enjoy the freedom of travelling without a driver while following all applicable laws, vehicle-use requirements, and Nimbus terms and conditions.
During your rental period, you are responsible for using and caring for the vehicle according to the applicable rental terms.
9. Return the Vehicle on Time
Return the vehicle at the agreed date, time, and location.
The vehicle should be returned according to Nimbus's vehicle return requirements.
If you need additional rental time, contact Nimbus as early as possible. Any extension is subject to vehicle availability and applicable charges.
Late returns may result in additional charges according to the applicable terms.
